A MUSSELBURGH motorist is facing a road ban after he admitted driving a vehicle while previously disqualified.
Mark Sutherland, of Pinkie Avenue, was caught behind the wheel of a car by police in Dalkeith earlier this year.
It was also found, due to Sutherland previously being banned from driving, there was no valid insurance on the vehicle at the time.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to the two offences at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in September and he returned to the court last Tuesday.
Sheriff Peter McCormack deferred sentence on Sutherland again to next month.
Sutherland admitted driving a vehicle while disqualified, as well as driving the vehicle with no valid insurance, at Melville Dykes Road, Dalkeith, on May 31.
