A HADDINGTON resident who was banned by a court from entering the town of Musselburgh has admitted breaching the order.
Robbie Finlayson, of Knowesley Park, was told he could not go to the town as part of bail conditions regarding a separate matter which were imposed on September 9.
But the 22-year-old broke the order when police officers found him at the town’s Moir Avenue just nine days later.
He pleaded guilty to the offence via video link from HMP Edinburgh at the Capital’s sheriff court last Thursday.
Finlayson also admitted resisting arrest by two police officers at the same location on September 18.
Sheriff John Cook agreed to release him on bail pending sentence on November 25.
