A BMW driver was caught travelling at more than 100mph on the A1 yesterday (Saturday).
Police Scotland say a man has been charged following the incident near Gladsmuir.
The force's road policing account tweeted: "[At] around 12pm on Saturday, 26 September, we were conducting a static speed check at the A1, Gladsmuir, East Lothian and detected a white BMW 140 travelling at 104mph.
"A 26-year-old man has been charged for this offence and a defective tyre and will be reported for summons."
