TWO East Lothian beaches have been given the seal of approval by man’s best friend.
Seton Sands, near Port Seton, and Seacliff, near North Berwick, have been named in a top 50 of Britain’s most dog-friendly places to visit on the coast.
Vets Now experts have examined the UK’s beaches to create a 32-page digital guide of the best – and safest – beaches for dogs to ensure the country’s pet owners and their beloved pets have a memorable experience at the seaside this summer.
Seton Sands was praised as the sand stretches out for a mile and a half when the tide is out and offers a great space for families and dogs to run around on.
Meanwhile, Seacliff also got the experts’ seal of approval.
