AN EAST Linton man who had been placed on supervision for behaving aggressively towards his partner has been admonished.
Connor Dalziel was placed on a two-year supervision order and told to attend appointments with the Caledonian Men’s Programme after admitting acting aggressively towards the woman in December 2018.
The order against Dalziel, of Braeview, was placed on him in May last year but revoked by Sheriff Adrian Cottam in November last year.
The 24-year-old was then ordered to be of good behaviour for the next six months and, when he returned to court, the sheriff was told he had adhered to that order.
Sheriff Cottam said he was content to bring the matter to a conclusion and admonished Dalziel on the complaint.
Dalziel pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing, repeatedly acting aggressively towards the woman and cutting himself with a piece of broken mirror at his home on December 28, 2018.
