Police say 'no crime' was committed
'NO CRIME' was committed in an alleged incident which saw an autistic man's bike taken, police have said.
Police had previously said they were "carrying out enquiries after a man was robbed of a bike in Prestonpans" on Friday and had appealed for information.
The alleged incident had happened near to the car park at Preston Lodge High School at about 5pm.
However, a police spokesperson said today: "We have carried out an enquiry which is now complete and we can confirm that no crime has been committed here."
