A DRIVER was caught driving at nearly double the speed limit on the A1.
Roads policing officers from Edinburgh stopped a vehicle being driven at 92 miles per hour (mph) on the section of the A1 beside Queen Margaret University, which has a speed limit of 50mph, on August 6.
The driver has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
