A MUSSELBURGH man who broke a court-imposed anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) has been admonished.
Kevin Yip was ordered not to have more than two visitors to his home at Newbigging when the ASBO was imposed on him at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in May 2018.
The order was handed out following several complaints of noise and anti-social behaviour from Yip and visitors to the property.
But the 40-year-old broke the order on February 29 this year when police officers found he had more than two people inside the flat.
Yip appeared at the Capital court last Tuesday, where Sheriff John Cook heard he had not been in any more trouble since and he was admonished on the complaint.
Not guilty pleas to allegations of possession of diazepam and behaving aggressively towards police officers on the same date were accepted by the Crown.
