A 10,000-MILE connection between two Rotary clubs is being toasted over a glass or two of wine.
Dunbar Rotary Club is holding its first-ever online Zoom wine tasting today (Friday).
The evening is being supported by Edinburgh’s Great Grog Wines, who will also provide a free 45-minute talk on the wines via the online programme.
The evening is being used as a fundraiser to support a request from the Rotary Club of Adelaide to assist their project to provide clean toilets for schools in Bhutan.
The Australian club has supported Dunbar in the past with a project in India designed to provide shelter for trafficked women and girl slaves in Kalimpong, India.
