Man charged with serious assault following disturbance
A MAN has been charged with serious assault following a disturbance in Renfrew.
The 20-year-old suspect reportedly attacked a 31-year-old man in McClue Road at around 6.15pm on Friday.
Police said the older man was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital, in Paisley, for treatment to injuries to his face and right arm.
The suspect is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court today.
