A 35-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested following a fire where £250,000 of damage was caused.

The incident happened at about 5pm on Tuesday, when a barn at Setonhill Farm, south of Longniddry, was set on fire.

No one was injured and the blaze was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

However, damage totalling £250,000 was caused to a tractor and other agricultural equipment along with about 100 tonnes of straw bales.
