TEN members of the Inner Wheel Club of Tranent laced up their walking boots to raise money for charity.
The women set off from Haddington on the 4.5-mile railway walk to Longniddry on Sunday at 2.30pm.
Ninety minutes later, they reached their destination.
It not yet known how much has been raised, with hopes it could be about £800.
Grants can then be given to local good causes who get in touch with the Inner Wheel Club of Tranent.
A spokeswoman for the group said: “We would like to thank everybody for their kind donations, which will benefit local charities.”
