THE Met Office has issued a weather warning for thunder storms and flash flooding across East Lothian later today.
The yellow weather warning is in place until 9am tomorrow and warns of possible flooding and possible lightning strikes.
A second warning has also been issued for heavy rain across the Lothians tomorrow from 9am until 10pm.
The Met Office warned flooding of homes and businesses could happen quickly with damage to buildings possible from "floodwater, lightning strikes, hail or strong wind".
And it warned of possible disruption to roads with difficult driving conditions in some areas.
The yellow weather warnings also cautioned that power cuts could occur and some services to homes could be lost during the bad weather.
