A SERIOUS accident today (Thursday) has closed the road linking Dirleton to North Berwick.
Officers from East Lothian Police are dealing with the incident, which they describe as a “serious road traffic accident”.
The incident took place on the A198.
A road closure has been put in place from Station Road in Dirleton to North Berwick.
It is not known how many cars were involved in the accident, if anyone has been injured, and how long the road will remain closed.
