A LITTER of six-week-old collie puppies have been stolen from a farm in East Lothian.
The family, who have a farm near Gifford, discovered the eight young pups had been taken on Friday evening.
They have launched an appeal on social media for help finding the young dogs who should still be with their mother.
And they are urging anyone who sees collie pups being advertised for sale or is offered a puppy to ask questions and pass on any relevant information to the family.
The farm owner appealed for help on Facebook after the devastating discovery.
She said: "We are absolutely gutted to say we have had our litter of collie pups stolen.
"They are six weeks old. If anyone saw anything locally or sees any pups advertised for sale please message me."
