Police have arrested a man
A MAN has been arrested and charged with stealing 11 Ford Transit vans across the county.
The vans were taken between January and November last year from towns and villages including Dunbar, Tranent, Longniddry, Musselburgh, Wallyford and Haddington.
An enquiry team was set up as a result of the thefts and, following extensive investigations, police confirmed a 27-year-old man had been arrested and charged.
He has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
Further enquiry is ongoing in relation to other stolen vehicles.
