A DUNBAR resident has been ordered to pay two women compensation following an incident at the town’s McDonald’s.
Russell Cochrane, of Kellie Place, behaved in a threatening or abusive manner during the disturbance at the restaurant in April 2018.
Cochrane also shouted at the two women and acted aggressively towards the pair.
The 50-year-old appeared in the dock at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Monday, where he offered to plead guilty to an amended charge.
Sheriff Michael O’Grady QC sentenced the offender to pay the two women involved £100 each in compensation.
Cochrane admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting and acting aggressively towards two women at McDonald’s, Spott Road, Dunbar, on April 2, 2018.
