TWO East Lothian pubs were broken into on the same night and money was stolen.
The Seaglass Inn on Links Road, Port Seton, and the Prestonpans Royal British Legion on Rope Walk were both targeted just before midnight on Sunday, January 5.
Nothing was reported stolen from the Legion, while a two-figure sum of cash was taken from The Seaglass Inn.
Police inquiries are ongoing to trace those responsible.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers in East Lothian are investigating after two premises were broken into on Sunday, January 5.
"The incidents happened at addresses on Links Road just before midnight and Rope Walk at around 11.40pm.
"Inquiries are ongoing and officers are working to establish any link between the incidents.
"Anyone with any information to help trace those responsible should call Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 0466 of January 6 (Links Road) or 3485 of January 5 (Rope Walk).
"Alternatively, a report can be given to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
