A MINUTE’S applause was held ahead of rugby and football matches in Musselburgh on Saturday in tribute to Scott Glynn.
The fundraiser and after-dinner speaker, who lived in Tranent, passed away on New Year’s Day.
At Stoneyhill, Musselburgh and Preston Lodge RFC held a minute's applause before contesting the Jardine Cup, with the hosts winning 33-14.
Meanwhile, on the opposite side of Olive Bank Road, Musselburgh Athletic and Tranent Juniors also held a minute’s applause before the kick-off of their East of Scotland Premier Division match, which finished goalless.
