A PARADE by the Apprentice Boys of Derry will cause "rolling road closures" on Tranent's town centre roads on Saturday evening.
The affected roads will be closed on a ‘rolling road closure basis’ between 5.30pm and 6.30pm, meaning the street the parade is on will be closed until the parade passes on.
The roads affected are Haddington Road, Ormiston Avenue, Ormiston Crescent West, Northfield, Coalgate Road, Sanderson’s Wynd, Church Street, High Street, Ormiston Road, Muirpark Road, Muirpark Terrace and Haddington Road again.
A spokesman for Tranent and Elphinstone Community Council said: "This is a rolling road closure.
"Traffic will only be held until the parade passes.
"No roads will be closed for the hour."
