A TRANENT man will be sentenced next month after admitting punching a man in the head.
Dale Gilfillan, 26, assaulted Robin Morton by repeatedly punching him to the head to his injury during an incident in Edinburgh.
Gilfillan, of Winton Court, pleaded guilty to assaulting the man at the Capital’s Kenmore Avenue on April 22 when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.
Sheriff Sheehan deferred sentence for the preparation of reports to September 20.
