The Spice Witch
ANOTHER tasty accolade is in the bag for a homemade artisan food company.
The Spice Witch, based in Prestonpans, can now add its Mellow Chilli Jam to the list of Great Taste Awards handed out by the Guild of Fine Foods. The jam is the fifth Spice Witch product to win this award.
Janice Strachan, founder of Spice Witch, said: “We are thrilled to have received our fifth Great Taste Award in three years, our Mellow Chilli Jam now joins The Spice Witch’s winning team comprised of Spiced Cherries, Mango and Chilli Chutney, Hot chilli Jam and Smokey Tomato Relish.
“It’s wonderful that the Guild of Fine Food recognises the enormous effort that goes into each jar. We are so very grateful to our customers.”
