The flooded A198/B1345 junction near Dirleton this afternoon
DRIVING conditions have become treacherous in parts of East Lothian this afternoon as sudden downpours have flooded some roads.
As forecasted, thunderstorms have broken out and short bursts of extremely heavy rain have left roads such as the A198/B1345 junction near Dirleton almost impassable.
Drivers have been warned to take extreme care as further heavy downpours are predicted.
