A TRANENT man has been found guilty of acting in an aggressive manner following a trial at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
Dean Riding, of Ormiston Crescent West, was alleged to have shouted, sworn and uttered threats of violence at an address at South Grange Gardens in Prestonpans.
Riding also denied breaching a court order not to enter the street by being caught there in September last year.
Following all the evidence, Sheriff Peter McCormack found Riding guilty of the first charge and not guilty on the second.
Sheriff McCormack admonished Riding on the charge.
Riding was found guilty of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by acting aggressively, shouting, swearing and uttering threats of violence at South Grange Avenue, Prestonpans, September 25 last year.
He was found not guilty of breaching a court order by entering the same street in September last year.
