MONEY was stolen in a slip-in theft in Musselburgh.
A home on Stoneyhill Court, Musselburgh, was entered overnight between Sunday and Monday, and a quantity of money was stolen.
Police are now appealing for anyone with information on the theft to phone 101, quoting incident 537 of May 20, or provide the information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
A police spokesperson said: "Officers would like to remind homeowners of the importance of ensuring the security of their properties, as there has been a number of thefts across East Lothian and in the Musselburgh and Prestonpans areas in particular.
"Anyone who sees anything they regard as being suspicious should contact police on 101 or 999 in an emergency."
