A DEAD humpback whale has been washed up on the beach in East Lothian.
The whale, which is believed to be around nine metres in length, was washed up at John Muir Country Park, near to Tyninghame.
East Lothian Council said on Twitter: "Arrangements are being made to remove the whale and people are being advised to keep their distance from the site."
