COCAINE, cannabis and ecstasy, along with a knuckle duster, have all been recovered by police during a weekend operation.
Police officers, along with police dogs, and the East Lothian Community Action Team took part in an initiative focusing on drug crime in the nighttime economy last Friday and Saturday evening.
Officers visited pubs and bars in Haddington, Dunbar and North Berwick, while the surrounding streets were also patrolled.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “During search activity, small amounts of cannabis and cocaine, as well as £300 worth of ecstasy and a knuckle duster, were seized.
“One man was issued with a warning, another man will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal and a third man, aged 18, was arrested.”
Chief Inspector Steven Duncan, local area commander, added: “We are committed to use all resources at our disposal, including both local officers and specialist units to disrupt drug-related criminality.
“Tackling drug crime is a priority for our communities and I would urge anyone with any information or concerns to contact Police Scotland on 101, or report this anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
