HORSE racing at Musselburgh Racecourse due to take place this afternoon (Friday) has been called off due to freezing temperatures.
A jumps meeting was due to take place at the course, with the first race taking place at 12.40pm.
However, Musselburgh Racecourse announced this morning that the fixture had been postponed.
They said: “Today’s racing has been abandoned due to the track being frozen and temperatures not set to rise.”
The next fixture is due to take place on February 2.
