A WOMAN had to be taken to hospital after she was struck by a car in Haddington at lunchtime today (Friday).
Police and ambulance services were called to the incident on Court Street just after 1pm.
It is understood the woman, who was in her 30s, was injured as she crossed the street outside the Town House.
A police spokesperson said: "The woman was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary with minor injuries. Our enquiries are continuing."
