A WOMAN has been banned from shouting and swearing on three streets across Haddington and North Berwick.
An interim anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) was issued at Edinburgh Sheriff Court against Natalie Breslin, 35, of Haddington’s Brown Street, banning her from shouting, swearing or using aggressive, abusive or intimidating language or behaviour within her property or on neighbouring High Street.
She is also banned from the same behaviour at a property on Riverside Drive, and behaving in a manner that would cause or be likely to cause alarm or distress to residents or visitors of the street.
In addition, she cannot behave in an anti-social manner within Glenburn Road and Lochbridge Road, both in North Berwick.
A number of complaints about Ms Breslin’s alleged behaviour within Haddington town centre were received.
A spokeswoman for East Lothian Council said: “Police Scotland and our Safer Communities Team were contacted a number of times to investigate complaints about Ms Breslin’s anti-social behaviour.”
