EMERGENCY services are dealing with an ongoing incident believed to be a person in the River Kelvin.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue spokeswoman confirmed crews were called to the Botanic Gardens just before 9pm.
Social media reports said ambulance teams and police are also at the scene, near to Great Western Road.
It is believed the GlasGLOW event in the Botanics was closed while the incident was ongoing.
Water rescue units and the Police Scotland helicopter were also at the scene.
