A HOLLYWOOD movie that was partially shot in East Lothian premieres in Edinburgh this evening (Friday).
Outlaw King, directed by David Mackenzie and starring Chris Pine, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Florence Pugh, filmed some scenes at Seacliff and debuts at the Vue Cinema at the Omni Centre in Edinburgh at 7.15pm before being widely released on streaming platform Netflix on November 9.
Tickets for the premiere are not available but to meet the the stars of the film, head along to the Omni Centre, where Chris Pine and his co-stars are expected to meet fans, sign autographs and pose for selfies ahead of the screening. They are expected to arrive from 6pm.
The film is a historical action drama about the life of Robert the Bruce. It was filmed on various locations around Scotland, including Linlithgow, Berwick-upon-Tweed and Dunfermline as well as East Lothian.
