A MAN has been taken to hospital after falling near Tranent High Street.
An ambulance was called to the scene, behind the William Hill bookmakers, just after 12.30pm today (Thursday), and a stretcher was used to transport the man to the ambulance before he was taken to hospital.
Police also attended at the scene and confirmed the incident.
The condition of the man is not currently known.
