A FIRM'S focus on fighting fuel poverty and helping customers save money has helped it pick up a trio of Scottish awards.
Crossgates Gas was recognised for its ethical and green credentials at the National Energy Efficiency & Retrofit Awards (Scotland).
It aims to be a one-stop shop for gas services and specialises in boiler repairs, central heating installations and no-call-out-fee appliance servicing.
In the regional section, the firm picked up three bronze awards for energy advisor of the year, boiler and heating installer of the year and project of the year.
The awards were set up last year to recognise the businesses who are helping to cut energy bills, tackle fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions.
Crossgates Gas is also a Green Deal installer and owner Pedro Tang said: “We take great pride in helping our customers save money and to become more energy efficient.
“It’s thanks to them that we have made this roll of honour.”
