PATTERSON George Beatrice and family would like to thank all family, friends, relatives and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy with cards and flowers following the recent sad loss of George. Thanks also to the GPs at Gullane Surgery for all the care and attention that George received. A special thank you to all the nursing staff at The Abbey Care Home where George received first class palliative care, love and attention. Thank you to the district nurses for all their care, support and kindness and to the carers who attended George. Thank you to Isabella and David at William Purves Funeral Directors (Edinburgh) for their care and professional handling of the funeral arrangements and to the Reverend Leslie Morrison for his comforting service. Thank you to Brenda for a wonderful eulogy. Thanks to the Goblin Ha' Hotel for their excellent catering. Finally thank you to all who attended the celebration of George's life and who kindly donated £550 for the nurses at The Abbey.
