BOXER Nathan Shaw kept up his 100 per cent title-winning record as he took victory in the GB Schoolboy Championships in Wales at the weekend.

Shaw - who trains at Tranent's Bronx Boxing Gym - beat a Welsh competitor at Pontypridd last Friday in the semi-finals of the 44kg category by 16 points to five, and went on to beat Englishman Patrick Birkenhead 13-7 in the final to land Scotland's first title at the championships, after the first five Scottish entrants had lost.
