NORTH Berwick-born Tom Brown will not take part in the HSBC Sevens World Series in Vancouver.
Brown, along with Ally Miller from Longniddry, was part of the squad for the Las Vegas tournament at the weekend.
And ahead of the Canadian leg, the 26-year-old Edinburgh Rugby winger has flown home with club team-mate Sean Kennedy.
Their places in the squad have been taken by Glenn Bryce, also of Edinburgh, and Glasgow Hawks' Robert Beattie.
Miller is among the squad that will face the host nation, the All Black 7s and Russia in the pool stages.
