THREE East Lothian stars are in the Edinburgh Rugby side to play Ulster this evening (Friday).
Former North Berwick lock Lewis Carmichael has been recalled to the matchday 23 by acting head coach Duncan Hodge, and is on the bench.
He joins Tom Brown and Chris Dean, who start on the wing and at outside centre respectively, as the county representatives in the squad.
Edinburgh are looking to bounce back from a 19-15 defeat to lowly Zebre last time out.
Hodge said: "As a group we were very disappointed with the result and performance last week and we see tomorrow’s game as an opportunity to bounce back and make amends.
“We’ve taken the result on the chin, learned from the experience and worked hard in training to put things right ahead of this game.
“We know we’re facing a quality Ulster side packed with good players but we’re looking forward to running out in front of our home crowd and soaking up the challenge ahead.”
Ulster have named British and Irish Lion Tommy Bowe and All Black Charles Piutau among their side.
The match at BT Murrayfield kicks off at 7.35pm.
