Juniors Round-up

Comments (0) | Print | Email

The Junior football season is drawing to a close now, with most clubs scheduled to finish their fixtures over the next week or so.

Musselburgh Athletic, who reached the semi-finals of the St Michael"s Cup last Saturday after a 5-1 win at home to Blackburn United, play their final Premier League game tomorrow at home to relegated Dundee North End.

Victory won"t guarantee the title as rivals Newtongrange Star have the same points and an almost identical goal difference, so a healthy winning margin will help their cause.

In the South Division, Tranent Juniors aim to secure runners up spot when they travel to face bottom side Livingston United tomorrow, while Haddington Athletic wind up a poor season at home to Pumpherston Juniors and Dunbar United have two games left after they visit Blackburn United tomorrow (Saturday).

Kick-off 2.30
