RUGBY ace Huw Jones was unable to prevent Glasgow Warriors falling to defeat at the hands of Ulster in Belfast on Saturday evening.

Jones was recalled to the side and started at outside centre, but lasted only half an hour before being forced off injured as Glasgow were well beaten (36-15).

Their two tries both came from captain Callum Gibbins, while Ulster ran in four tries to secure a bonus point.

Jones was forced from the field on the half-hour after taking a bang to the head, with fellow Scotland centre Nick Grigg taking his place.

The 24-year-old did not return after his head injury assessment, putting him in doubt for this weekend's 1872 Cup derby with Edinburgh Rugby at BT Murrayfield.
