NORTH Berwick rugby ace Harvey Elms is one of two East Lothian players picked by Scotland 7s for the HSBC World Series event in Singapore.
Elms, who plays his club rugby for Currie Chieftains, joins Longniddry-born Ally Miller in the squad for next weekend's event in Singapore.
Like Elms, Nick McLennan also joins the squad as Glasgow Warriors' trio George Horne, Ruaridh Jackson and Lee Jones return to club duty Scotstoun after competing in Hong Kong and at the Commonwealth Games.
Team Scotland finished sixth at last weekend’s Commonwealth Games and John Dalziel's men progressed from their group to the Cup competition in Hong Kong the week before.
First up, Scotland take on Australia at 4am next Saturday, before facing Wales shortly before 7.30am. They then take on New Zealand at 11.16am.
Their results in those matches will determine their opposition on day two.
