STARS from Team East Lothian (TEL) celebrated their success at the club’s annual prizegiving evening.

Athletes have represented the team at county, regional, national and international levels throughout the season.

And at the awards evening, a number of trophies were handed out.

Adam Hoole, a Scottish national age croup champion, was awarded the top award for a male athlete, while North Berwick star Cera Gemmell was given the female award for her efforts.

The Jamie Bowie Boys PB Award went to Lewis Goodall, with the corresponding girls’ award being given to Grace Brennan.

Meanwhile, Joe Donnelly won the boys’ Eve Coaches Award for Athletic Endeavour, with Joanne Welch taking home the girls’ prize.

And the Scottish Building Society Award for Athletic Eendeavour from TEL’s potentials squad went to Evie Welsh and Max Evans.

A TEL spokesperson said: “A huge amount of work has been applied towards delivering success and furthering development of Team East Lothian this year by all the athletes, coaches, event organisers, team managers, volunteers and committees.”
