COUNTY star Josh Taylor is currently going through his final preparations ahead of the biggest fight of his professional career.
Undefeated Commonwealth super lightweight champion Taylor, from Prestonpans, will step into the ring with Ohara Davies at the Intu Braehead Arena on Saturday evening.
The pair will clash for Taylor's belt and Davies' WBC Silver title, and took part in a public workout at the Intu Braehead Shopping Centre this afternoon (Wednesday).
Taylor, pictured above in his title defence against South African Warren Joubert, has vowed to "hurt" Davies, and told Courier Sport he is "better in every department" than the 25-year-old Englishman.
The pair have engaged in a war of words on social media, and will get their final insults in tomorrow (Thursday) at the pre-fight press conference.
A limited number of tickets for the night, which will also feature Haddington middleweight Iain Trotter, are still available - visit www.braeheadarena.co.uk or call 0844 499 1700.
For those who can't make it, the Courier will bring you LIVE round-by-round updates from Taylor's fight & keep you posted throughout the evening on here and our social media channels.
