MEGAN Gaffney has retained her place in the Scotland Women side to face France in La Rochelle on Friday.
The winger, from North Berwick, will earn her 22nd international cap on Friday evening as the Scots look to avenge a heartbreaking defeat in round one.
They scored two tries in a match for the first time in five years, but were denied a draw by an Ireland try in the 81st minute.
Despite that disappointment, former North Berwick High School pupil Gaffney, 25, was looking forward to taking on the French.
She told Courier Sport: "I think we can take it right to them.
"I'm sure with our performance against Ireland, we've given the other teams in the competition a bit of a shock.
"They'll know we're coming now."
Head coach Shade Munro has made just one change to the 23-women squad, as Lana Skeldon replaces the injured Rachel Malcolm at hooker.
