I wonder if others in Haddington are missing hearing the town’s curfew bells?
These rang for a few minutes at 7am and 10pm each day.
There were also bells on a Sunday at 10.45am and 5.45pm.
The bells were part of an old Haddington tradition going back many years and I know I miss hearing them.
It would be good to hear an explanation as to why they no longer ring.
