PRESTONPANS golden boy Josh Taylor visited the Prestoungrange Gothenburg at the weekend – to meet his very own cow!
The community pub in Josh’s home town pledged to paint one of their cow statues gold if Josh took the top prize at the Commonwealth Games – and they lived up to their word.
The cow, now dubbed Goldilocks, was signed by Josh, who chatted to locals before heading behind the bar to pull a pint of his very own beer.
Prestonpans Punch 80/- was on tap for the day, and it featured a picture of Josh on the front.
The boxer later tweeted: “It’s not everyday you get your own labelled brand of ale! Thank you very much to the Gothenburg pub.”
