A CYCLIST was taken to hospital on Monday morning following a collision with a bus in Prestonpans.
Emergency services were called at about 10am after reports of a crash on Schaw Road.
Firefighters from Musselburgh, Newcraighall and Edinburgh's McDonald Road were in attendance, with the cyclist taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh as a precaution.
Police said the incident was being investigated and the cyclist was not seriously injured.
