A new home is being built for Air Cadets in North Berwick.
The new centre, which will be on Dunbar Road, will include a training room, lecture room, radio room and two stores.
The new building, which is to take about six months to build, will be used by the Air Training Corps (ATC) and the Army Cadet Force.
Work began on the new home last month. The group is now using temporary premises on Forth Street, which they lease from the North Berwick Masonic Social Club.
And the new centre is to be used on a weekly basis by both the North Berwick Detachment of the Army Cadet Force, and 132 (North Berwick) Squadron ATC.
Clark Contracts has been appointed to carry out the building work, with the new facility set to be finished in the summer.
