THE founder of a business based in North Berwick has scooped a prestigious award.
Andrew Morrison, founder and managing director of AM Bid Services, won the Emerging Director Award at the Institute of Directors’ Scotland Director of the Year Awards in Glasgow.
The judges were impressed with Mr Morrison’s scaling of AM Bid Services and his clear view of success planning with an “obvious appetite for strong governance”.
Mr Morrison said: “Given the very high calibre of finalists, I am thrilled to have been awarded the Emerging Director of the Year Award.
“AM Bid Services is just three-and-a-half years old, so to get this recognition so early in our company history is testimony to our dramatic growth journey.
“We have exciting plans for the future involving continuing to increase our staff numbers across the UK whilst focusing on helping our clients achieve outstanding bid win rates.”
