CROWDS flocked to North Berwick for the 10th year of Fringe by the Sea.

Once more, festival-goers were treated to a top-class line-up, with KT Tunstall the star of this year’s show.

She played to a sell-out crowd on the opening evening, while there were a host of events throughout the week at the Spiegeltent by the town’s harbour to keep people entertained.

Away from the paid-for gigs, there were walks around the town and pony rides along the beach among other attractions.

Organisers have thanked everyone involved for making this year’s festival a success once more.

A post on Facebook from organisers Eric Wales, Jane Thomson and John Shaw, said: “We had a blast! What an fantastic week, and the sun was shining!

“Our heartfelt thanks to all of you, from volunteers, suppliers, sponsors and artists to everyone who came to celebrate our 10th anniversary with us.

“You’ve made it all really special. We are sad it’s over.”
